This is a conversation between myself and a friend of mine as I’m making the backstory of my sim for next week’s Lovestruck EP gameplay on my channel. I thought you guys might enjoy reading it! All off-topic comments and identifying comments have been removed.
(more…)This is a playthrough that I started with the intention of playing all the way through until the kids grew up and moved out and started families. However, life happened, and I just didn’t have time on Saturdays to play it anymore. Will it make a comeback? Perhaps. I’d like it to!
That being said – it started with my “Engles” family (if you watch my Simlit section, they were in there), and I added another occult kid due to more occults being added.. and eventually, a Servo showed up to help out. We started with the mom, a dog, and six kids.. so yes, the household is overstuffed with Eva the servo. The kids started as toddlers, and are now teens. A really fun playthrough that I took the chance to try out a whole bunch of realism mods for.
(more…)This is the beta test of the Interactive Asylum Challenge I wrote. After this season, I will consider the rules complete. (They aren’t now) This season started with 16 contenders all made by community members, and competing for real life prizes. At the time of this writing, we are in Phase 3, and have 5 sims left competing for the win.
The picture is the new asylum that I have built specifically for this challenge. There is also a phase 2 halfway house, as well as using one of my other builds for a phase 3 shell for all the sims that made it that far.

By the time Uacro got to the chief’s hut, the morning was well and truly dawned, and the chief seemed none too pleased to see him.

“What do you want, boy?” Chief Guar grumped, almost tripping over a toddler.

Chapter Fourteen | Chapter Fifteen / TC 1.1
Uacro fell asleep that night as alone as he’d ever been. With Saelua gone, all the work was left to him – and it was exhausting. Having Saazul’s heart was the only thing that kept him from breaking down, and he prayed her love was as true as it seemed.

Drifting deeper into sleep, he was unaware, at first, of the pictures coming to him, but it didn’t take long for them to take on a life of their own…
(more…)As time has passed in my Island Spirits story, I’ve become very attached to the sims involved. So much so, I have been DREADING the next generation, and having so many wonderful sims taking a major backseat to the rest of the continuing story. Which has caused me to drag my feet in finishing the generation. However, in the background, I started coming up with ways to continue some of those background sims’ stories. Finally, I think I have settled on how I will do that, and I’m super excited about it.
So, with very little prelude… I introduce my new story. This will be my very first spin-off story of any of my challenges – in other words, usually, once a sim is out of one save, they have never appeared into another story or save. That’s all about to change.
NOTE: This was originally designed to be a blog story. However, as time has passed, the amount of time I have to devote to blogging has not increased. … And I really wanted to bring REAL storytelling to my Streaming on Twitch. So, I am doing just that. Timeline Children will be aired on my Twitch Channel, as well as my Youtube channel. This will be the first of its kind for me – a true storytelling adventure while live. In other words, I will be telling the story as I play it, instead of just commentating. At least, that’s the plan. At the time of this additional writing (10/24/25), I plan to film the previous backstory for this story and post it to Youtube… as soon as I can. Read: probably in the next month!
(more…)I figured, as a resource for everyone else, I’d provide a list on links to the different mods I’m using during this challenge. Reminder: the first set of links are for my usual mods, the second is ONLY for this save.
*(I remove the folders with these mods when not playing this save)
This was started on-screen after the Dream Home Decorator pack came out, and I had a lot of fun playing around with it. However, being that it was a save made just to explore a new pack’s potential, I doubt I will be bringing this save back into the rotation. Unless something drastic changes, count this challenge as “retired”.
(more…)I came up with this challenge from a Random wheel challenge I found online as a way to involve chat in the sims’ lives. I wasn’t 100% happy with all the things on the wheel, though, so the wheels will need re-writing before I continue or restart this challenge. Strangely, this was also very low on the voting scale of a challenge people wanted to see come back, so it may get stuffed into the “retired” category.
(more…)I found this challenge from a twitter post, and have never been sorry I found it. It is hands-down the hardest challenge I’ve ever done, and I am extremely proud of myself for actually completing it. I have half a mind to find another fixer-upper home and have the heir to this challenge start in on refurbishing another house sometime, but we’ll see. This challenge starts with a DISASTER of a home that is completely locked, and you make a couple of sims, a pet, and a toddler… this family must then live on the lawn while desperately trying to work on skills to unlock each room in their house in order. Three skills are required for each room, and you only have to get them to level 5 to unlock the room, which sounds easy.. But with pet(s) and a toddler, and living on the lawn – it is not easy at ALL. Add into that that the house is HAUNTED and comes with a ghost (that I decided should remain unplayed).. And you have one very crazy, very difficult challenge. Highly recommended. Rules, if you’re interested, are here. See “more” (or below) for the youtube playlist.
Amazingly, I did finish this challenge, although it is not all uploaded to youtube (yet). It was SUPER fun, and I honestly might resurrect this family eventually and have the heir start on another house.
