This is a lot built for my Timeline Adventure Challenge Egyptian Generation (Second part of Two). This is the part of the generation where they raise their family. Next week, I’ll post the residential lots, but I have SO many pictures of this main “commercial” lot (could be set as residential, too) that I felt adding more pictures would just be too many. This lot was originally just the temple, but I ended up adding one of kerrykitty’s shell challenges to the side to make it a village, too. I did duplicate some of the buildings… but it fit exactly what I wanted for a village.
(more…)This lot started out as a “chat decides” build, in other words, all of it was voted for by chat. They decided where, and what, and how I was building, and I went from there. So, a strange shaped modern-ish Community Center build is what we ended up with. It got included in the save file because it’s pretty darn impressive. (And because … how many four-part builds do I really want to have to do?!) This one is designed for the Sprucewood Square lot in Evergreen Harbor.
(more…)And we’re back with my first drifter attempt and my learning to build series. Here are the second set of three builds of my first Drifter Challenge (now retired): the third and fourth houses, and the Park you are allowed to build after House 3. All are built by me. and all are.. how shall I put it.. very .. basic. Perhaps someday I will remodel all of them (orrr… you could?)
(more…)I had so much fun with this sim and her home. I think she’s gorgeous. I tried very hard to copy the right features for her from photos. Also, the build is one of my top favorites of my builds – it’s simply beautiful. I had a really hard time with it until the Oasis kit came out.. and then it was easy. Clearly I was waiting for that kit, and didn’t even know it!
(more…)This is the blank apartment building I built for the first set of apartments for channel point redemptions. Once it’s full, I’ll upload it to the gallery. (The shell is on the gallery.)
Recently, I dropped the point cost to be more in the correct range compared to the other redeems I have, so don’t forget that this place is there, waiting for more tenants!
Over the next few weeks, I will be sharing pictures of the completed apartments, as well, so keep an eye on this category!
(more…)These are lots built for my Timeline Adventure Challenge Bronze Age Generation (Two). This is not where Generation Two raises their family, but it is an important area for them, because this is where they spend their teen stage.
(more…)This is a fully play-tested and working spa. Designed for Tranquil Crescent in Newcrest. Full service spa with massages, manicures and pedicures, pool, yoga, meditation, hot springs, saunas and baths. Enjoy!
(more…)When I was looking for which builds I’d post about for my “Random Builds” section.. I couldn’t decide where to start. So.. I went back to the beginning of my learning to build in Sims 4 – which was when I started the Drifter Challenge for the first time. Prior to then, I did a lot of.. well, boxes. BIG boxes – made up of EA rooms cobbled together.. and then shaped into some sort of a box house. However, the drifter challenge very specifically states that everything you build during the challenge has to be done by you.. and I took the challenge at it’s word. And that’s how I started building.
So.. when looking for random builds… I ultimately decided – why not do a little bit of a look-back on my journey as a builder. If for no other reason than to show that, yes, even I had to start from somewhere. Consequently, here are the first three builds of my first Drifter Challenge (now retired): the first two houses, and the Restaurant you are allowed to start with. All are built by me. and all are.. how shall I put it.. very .. basic. Perhaps someday I will remodel all of them (orrr… you could?)

9. Librarian/bookworm
This sim was made to go with the Day 9 house (which was based on both the Day 9 prompt and the #bns144 (Build and Share 144 – A Winter Festival Miracle) (below). However, it took me a long time to get around to making the sim. Well, she’s there now!
(more…)This build was originally designed for a B&B challenge, but the more I worked with it, the more I realized it was NOT going to come in under the prescribed budget, so I abandoned the build. Later, while looking for channel point redemptions, I decided to finish the build and let people redeem points to get a themed room made just for them. Once it’s full, I’ll upload it to the gallery. (Although the shell is actually on the gallery, I believe.)
Recently, I dropped the point cost to be more in the correct range compared to the other redeems I have, so don’t forget that this place is there, waiting for more tenants!
Over the next few weeks, I will be sharing pictures of the completed rooms, as well, so keep an eye on this category!
