Welcome to Bookworm Corner! This is a charity project for a local hero, a Literature Professor at the University of Britechester. It’s 1 bedroom, and 1 and a half bathrooms, and built with entirely donated materials, barely squeaking in under the budget for the build. (Shown in the second picture.) I adored this build, and had a terribly hard time getting things just right so that it still looked like a proper house but stayed in under the budget. Originally, the house had a garage and everything, but that made it too expensive and had to go.
